The J. Reuben Clark Law Society leadership exists at the Society wide and at the local level. At the Society wide level the there is a Board of Directors which has delegated daily operation of the Society to the Operations Committee. The Operations Committee directs a Council of Committee Chairs including a Sections Committee that oversees Sections for those interested in specific areas of the law. It also oversees the Chapter Relations Council which oversees local chapters that are grouped together in Areas and the Areas are grouped together into Four Regions. A organizational chart can be seen here.
At the local level, the Society has attorney chapters and student chapters. In some cases attorney and students meet together in a single chapter. Each chapter has significant autonomy in determining how it functions at the local level.
