We will be fortunate to hear from Professor W Cole Durham, Jr. Professor Durham is a Harvard law graduate, professor of law at BYU and visiting professor at Gutenberg University, the University of Vienna and the Central European University. He specializes in international religious freedom law and has recently been honored with the 2009 International First Freedom Award for extraordinary advocacy of religious freedom.
