JRCLS 2016 Annual Conference in San Diego, February 11-13

The Law Society’s Annual Conference is just around the corner and promises to be an excellent event, including informative CLE courses, memorable activities, and uplifting speakers, all in the beautiful San Diego area. "Being Statesmen, Not Gamesmen," and Other Thoughts from Annual Fireside

On January 15, 2016, dozens of attorneys, students, family, and friends gathered in the Little Theatre of the LDS Conference Center in Salt Lake City, Utah for the Annual J. Reuben Clark Law Society Fireside, with many more tuning in via broadcast from locations worldwide. Among the attendees were Elder Quentin L. Cook and Elder D. The Religious Freedom Committee’s recent Religious Liberty in 30 Seconds Contest was a success! Over 150 entries were submitted in four contest categories: (1) sound bites/slogans; (2) short paragraphs; (3) audio/video and (4) visual (photo/logo/drawing). Read more. . .


Tijuana Celebrates Formation of New Chapter

Kansas City Chapter Serves up Barbecue and Professional Attire to those in Need

The Kansas City, Missouri JRCLS chapter held its annual dinner in November, topping off the menu with some tasty barbecue. “We are Kansas City, after all!” commented Chapter Chair Angel Zimmerman. The annual dinner typically draws about eighty people from both Kansas and Missouri, including students from four surrounding law schools. Read more. . .
