The agenda includes segments for committee meetings, training, meeting with students, socializing with fellow JRCLS leaders, and hearing from inspirational speakers. We will have discussions about:
There will also be hands on technology training, a Supreme Court review CLE presented by former Supreme Court clerks, and a presentation from the JRCLS Judges Section. Dean James R. Rasband will host a dinner at Aspen Grove on Thursday evening, September 30th. We will start Friday morning off with the traditional hike up to Stewart Falls. Stand and sing with fellow Law Society leaders as the sun rises over the mountain tops in this beautiful setting. There will be ample opportunity for chapter leaders, Area Directors and Board committee members to interact during a Committees open house. The conference will conclude with what has become an attendee favorite, a presentation on the legal activities of the LDS Church by Bill Atkin and his Area Legal Counsel. The General Conference of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will take place October 2-3, 2010. There will be a JRCLS reception in the Joseph Smith building on Saturday, October 2nd between the morning and afternoon conference sessions. Who is invited to attend?
