Reading the Files

To view these documents you will need to install a free program called Adobe Acrobat Reader, version 3.0 or greater. Most people already have the software installed on their computer; however, you can either download it from the links below, or go to the main site if you have a different system.

For Windows 3.0, 3.1 or 3.11 systems use this.

For Windows 95 or NT systems use this.

For Macintosh systems use this.

Netscape Navigator users: If the files are not readable after just installing the software, follow these instructions.

• Click on the Options button at the top of your Netscape Navigator screen. 
• Go to General Preferences.
• Go to Helpers.
• At the bottom of your list of helpers should now be "application/pdf."
• Type "pdf" where it says "File Extensions:"
• Click OK.
• Close Netscape.
• Go to where you downloaded the reader
• Click on the icon -- it will setup Acrobat Reader with very little user input.

Once setup is complete, go back into your Web browser and read the Clark Memorandum online!
